The training brought together members from both the sales and technical departments, promoting deeper collaboration and knowledge sharing across teams.
During the session, Mr. Ding delivered an in-depth technical presentation covering several key machines from Best Pack’s Intelligent Packaging Division, including Multi-Lane Product Sorting Systems, Automatic Cartoning Machines, Can Filling Machines, and Bag Filling Machines.
The training went beyond explaining machine structures, operating principles, and performance specifications. A major focus was placed on the decision-making process behind equipment selection for customer projects.
Using real-world application scenarios, the team analyzed how factors such as product characteristics, material properties, target production capacity, factory layout, investment budget, and maintenance requirements influence the selection of packaging equipment. Different machine configurations, application boundaries, and operational advantages were discussed in detail, helping participants better understand how to identify customer needs and recommend the most suitable automation solutions.
