Best Pack successfully participated in ProPak China 2026, one of Asia’s leading exhibitions for processing and packaging technologies. The four-day event provided an excellent platform for showcasing our latest packaging solutions, strengthening customer relationships, and exploring new opportunities in global markets.
Preparation and Booth Setup
Prior to the exhibition, the Best Pack team arrived at the venue to complete booth construction, machine installation, and equipment commissioning. Our engineers carefully positioned the packaging machines, completed electrical connections, conducted operational testing, and prepared product samples and marketing materials.
To ensure a professional exhibition experience, the team also organized product catalogs, company brochures, and customer communication materials, making thorough preparations for meetings with visitors from around the world.
Engaging with Global Visitors
During the exhibition, Best Pack welcomed visitors from China as well as international markets including India, Southeast Asia, Europe, and North America.
Our team introduced the features and advantages of our packaging machinery, discussed complete end-of-line packaging solutions, and provided detailed consultations on equipment selection, customization options, delivery schedules, CE-compliant configurations, and international safety standards.
The exhibition attracted significant interest from manufacturers seeking reliable shrink wrapping, cartoning, and secondary packaging solutions. Through face-to-face discussions, we collected valuable customer feedback and established connections with numerous potential partners and distributors.

Successful Completion and Return
After the exhibition concluded, the team efficiently completed dismantling and packing operations. All equipment, spare parts, and exhibition materials were carefully inspected, packed, and transported safely back to our manufacturing facility in Suzhou.
